Carstensz Pyramid - 4.884 m
Carstensz Pyramid is the lowest of the Seven Summits, but do not fool yourself to believe it's the easiest. The mountain is located in the Indonesian part of the island of New Guinea. To get to the mountain the first thing to have is a permit from the government. This permit is not easy to get, and several expedition has bitterly discovered this. If you are lucky to get the permit, first you have 5 days of trekking through the jungle, before you could start climbing. Among the the Seven Summits, Carstensz is the most techincal to climb.
